How do I change my password and security questions?

Once logged into your account,go to profile, settings and change account settings. Under the account settings chose your prefered option (password, security, email…) and follow the indications under each section.

How do I view or edit my profile information?

You need to log into your account, and go to your profile. By clicking on profile you can visualize it, general information on profile can be edited there. For further configurations go to settings.

What are the fees for accounts?

There are no fees for the accounts. Note that, XS2A APIs are regulated by law and are meant to be free  for third party providers. Added value services such as tailored statistical information can be accessible based on a fixed fee.

What is the Forum for?

The forum is a platform devoted to developers. It gives develpers the opportunity to communicate with each other and learn from each other (Q&A). For instance, developer can read user feedback, give their feedback (comments, issues, queries, lessons learnt) and understand the level of adoption and support of APIs. The bank will monitor its accuracy and prevent risks.

What is the newsletter feature for?

The newsletter enables anyone to subscribe to news on the public homepage. Among the benefits: it enables any part interested to be informed about latest developments on the Banking API products and services to third parties.

How can I contact the bank?

The best way to contact the bank is to go to contact on the homepage and fill in the form. These formular incorporates some information fields and the possibility of tagging your inquiries to a specific theme.

How do I subscribe a product?

In order to subscribe to a XS2A API product you need to have an acccount and have completed the registraton process. You can then log in, go to product catalogue and click on more information.  Click on subscriptions and follow the process. Bear in mind that you need to subscribe each product individually.

How do I know that I am using the last API version ?

The bank will take care via the bank community manager and API product owner of the availability of the API products. The publication of new version or any update in general will be officialy communicated via the newsletter and the news feed feature of the developer portal. 

Who can I contact in case of issue with keys?

The best way to solve an issue on key management and rights management is to contact the bank via the "contact feature". Please identify yourself properly in the contact form, as well as the reason for contacting so that the message can be forwarded to the right addressee.
